Product USP:
A syrup-soaked Eastern Indian delicacy that’s tender, luscious, and subtly fragrant, offering the perfect balance of chewiness and melt-in-the-mouth texture.

History of the Product + Ingredients:
Cham Cham is a beloved sweet from the heartland of Bengal’s mithai-making tradition, often enjoyed during festivals and special gatherings. Made from freshly curdled chhena using pure cow’s milk, each piece is hand-rolled and simmered in a light sugar syrup until it absorbs just the right amount of sweetness. Our recipe uses locally sourced cow’s milk from Bengal dairies, unrefined cane sugar, and aromatic cardamom from Karnataka’s spice estates. For festive variations, it may be adorned with khoya, fine coconut flakes, or enhanced with Kashmiri saffron or rose essence for a richer aroma.

Shelf Life:

  • Fresh: Best enjoyed within 1–2 days at room temperature

  • Chilled: Lasts up to 5–7 days when refrigerated

Description:
Our Cham Cham is a celebration of delicate craftsmanship — soft, moist chhena delicately fragranced with cardamom and optionally dressed with rich khoya or a sprinkle of coconut for a festive touch. Its mildly sweet syrup and gentle chewiness make it a versatile treat for everyday enjoyment, festive gifting, or traditional celebrations. With each bite, you experience the purity of Bengal’s dairy traditions and the artistry of its sweet makers.
