Product USP:
A heritage-style gulab jamun from Uttar Pradesh with a deeper color, denser texture, and rich caramelized flavor — a soulful twist on the classic mithai.

History of the Product + Ingredients:
Hailing from Maigalganj in Uttar Pradesh, this gulab jamun is distinct for its slow-roasted khoya base, which develops a natural caramelization before frying. Unlike the lighter, spongier versions, the Maigalganj style is denser, chewier, and richer, offering a deeply nostalgic flavor. Each batch is made with khoya from UP dairies, Kannauj rose water, and fragrant cardamom from Kerala, then fried to a deep golden-brown crust before being steeped in a rose- and cardamom-infused syrup.

Shelf Life:
Best enjoyed fresh and warm, ideally spooned straight from the syrup bowl. Can be stored refrigerated for 3–4 days and reheated before serving.

Description:
Our Maigalganj Gulab Jamun is a rustic indulgence with an old-world charm. The slow roasting of khoya gives it a unique depth, while the frying imparts a satisfying crust that soaks up just enough aromatic syrup without losing structure. Served warm, it releases waves of caramelized richness, floral rose, and gentle spice in every bite. Perfect for festivals, winter gatherings, or nostalgic dessert moments, it’s a sweet that carries the soul of UP’s culinary tradition.
