Mithais are best enjoyed within 2 to 3 days. Dry snacks, namkeens, and makhanas remain fresh for 10 to 15 days when stored in a cool, dry place. Chikki bars and mukhwas last several weeks.

Shelf life depends on the mithai itself, and can range from 1-30 days depending on the product. For example, the Kesar Motichoor has a 2 day shelf life, whereas the Besan Ladoo has 30 days.

Yes, you can customise both the selection of mithai and the gift box. While mithai customisation is available from the current menu, box customisation requires a minimum order quantity of 100–150 boxes.
