Rajbhog, meaning “royal indulgence,” is a showpiece sweet from Bengal’s culinary heritage. Similar to rasgulla but twice the size, each sphere of soft, hand-kneaded chhena is delicately stuffed with a medley of chopped cashews and pistachios before being simmered in light, golden-hued syrup. The addition of Kashmiri saffron lends both its sunny color and subtle floral note, while aromatic cardamom adds depth. Our version is crafted with pure cow’s milk from West Bengal, premium cashews from the Konkan, and fresh pistachios, ensuring authentic flavor and texture.
